Source client’s potential investment opportunities in Cuba, from CCG’s established network of government and business contacts.
Due Diligence and Partnership
Perform legal, financial, tax, industry, operational and commercial due diligence investigation of the client’s potential investment. CCG should take equity after identifying attractive values or significant growth opportunities.
Grow the Business
Leverage CCG’s operations expertise and extensive domestic and international networks to restructure and grow the business. Work actively with management to implement new sales and marketing processes, and provide other strategic input.
