Dr. Alfredo Evelio Armenteros Vegueriz


We live in a globalized and totally interdependent world; therefore, international investors doing business in any country around the world, must fulfill their obligations with the due diligence of good family father.

Dr. Alfredo Evelio Armenteros Vegueriz is a professional with more than 40 years of work in International Law, treaties, and International Trade. He has served as Assistant Professor of Private International Law in a branch of the University of Havana and the Higher Institute of International Relations of the University of Havana.

He has provided advice to different Canadian, Bahamian and North American international entities and companies related to the construction and remodeling of hotels, to international communications for the installation and commissioning of submarine fiber optic cables. Advice to mining companies with interests in the exploitation of deposits of various minerals in the Republic of Cuba, as well as the world of entertainment in the conclusion of international contracts for audiovisual productions, distribution of the Cuban musical catalog and filming, business with the Cuban Institute of the Music and with Cuban artistic agencies and companies for cultural exchange with the United States in tours and presentations of Cuban musical groups.

He has held various administrative responsibilities in the Ministries of Transport, Foreign Relations and Merchant Marine and Ports.
